We aim to create a setting around the company’s performances meeting with different people, through debate and rooms where new meaning and knowledge can arise. Workshops and meetings with artists, and discussions are included in this framework. Look for additional events when company visits your location!

Activities on tour
On Tour and in connection with the performances we organize pre- and post talk and meet with dancers and choreographers, as well as organizing debates in relation to the show’s theme.

Workshop: Gaga – Rebecca Hytting

Gaga is the movement language developed by Ohad Naharin throughout his work as a choreographer and Artistic Director of Batsheva Dance Company. Gaga is an experience of freedom and pleasure. The work improves instinctive movement and connects conscious and unconscious movement, and it allows for an experience of freedom and pleasure in a simple way, in a pleasant space, in comfortable clothes, accompanied by music, each person with himself and others. Hytting welcomes people at all levels to her Gaga-workshop.

Workshop: Acro Yoga – Laura Bernasconi

In Laura Bernasconis workshop you will learn to utilize the spiritual wisdom of yoga with the dynamic power of easier acrobatics. Laura shows you trust building postures and partner yoga flow that makes the body feel weightless, warm, energetic, relaxed and without tension. No partner or mat is required, and you do not need any experience in yoga or dance to participate. Laura Bernasconi is an international acroyoga instructor and Master Teacher of contemporary dance and want more people to get the opportunity to become part of this growing and stimulating creative community.

Workshop: Floorwork and partnering – Máté Mészáros

Our body is the same in every movement and in any style, but the possibility to change is essential. We focus on these principles through different exercises and ways of approaches. We explore floor work and partnering based on the material of creations from Máté Mészáros’ performances.


After graduating from the Hungarian Dance Academy in 1999, Máté Mészáros spent a few years at the Szeged Contemporary Ballet working with Tamás Juronics. Leaving the country, he later worked with the most reputed choreographers in Europe: Ohad Naharin, Wim Vandekeybus, Sharon Eyal, Amanda Miller, Roberto Galvan, Myriam Naisy, and Robin Orlin. He has been the member of Ultima Vez for 6 years. Currently Máté Mészáros is working and creating his own projects and gives workshops international.
