Iris Auguste (she/her) began her dance journey in France, studying ballet, jazz, contemporary dance, hip hop, and music. After freelancing in Brussels, she trained at the Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance (SEAD), focusing on floorwork, improvisation, and creative thinking. 

Iris also co-founded LaMaison, a collective dedicated to collaborative, horizontal, and feminist approaches to choreography. She has danced with Carte Blanche since August 2024.
