Open Rehearsal: RETRO CAT by Tori Wrånes
RETRO KATT is in its last innings in Studio Bergen. The house has transformed in to a workshop where costumes, masks, music, sound and scenography is being made.
Are you interested to learn how a dance company work? Tuesday 7th of may at 15:00 you can join us on the inside. Its two weeks until the world premiere and all the various elements are getting their finishing touches. This is a great opportunity to experience very end of a hectic production period.
RETRO CAT is a performance where set design, sound, light, and dancers merge into a lively and surreal experience. Contrasts and repetitions are explored. Tori Wrånes questions both the visible and the invisible. She playfully engages with parallel worlds and with new rules.
Artist and composer Tori Wrånes has created spectacular works worldwide. In RETRO CAT, Wrånes has put her signature on choreography, composition, set design, and costume design.
After the rehearsal Tori Wrånes, dancers and Artistic Director will open up for questions during the aftertalk.
