The administration at Carte Blanche has welcomed three new faces.

Aistė Žumbakytė, who has previously served as our touring coordinator, has now taken on the position of Touring Director on a permanent basis. She brings solid experience from, among others, Borealis Festival, as well as extensive expertise from her work with a wide range of cultural organisations and performing arts companies, both in production and on tour.

Arne Campbell will become Administrative Secretary on 1 January 2026, taking over for Mona Igland – who is retiring from Carte Blanche at the turn of the year. Arne has previously worked with, among others, the Bergen International Festival.

Ingeborg Ekeland has been hired on a three-year contract as Audience Engagement Coordinator. She will help us inspire and engage the Bergen audience in the lead-up to – and following – the opening of Sentralbadet Scenekunsthus. Ingeborg joins us from her position as Head of Education at the Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra.
