Choreographer Eszter Salamon creates a striking, visual and singular world that has its own logic. The changing stage landscapes provide fertile ground for sensing and wondering. The reuse of textiles and objects creates unique stage images in a choreography that plays with body figures, facial expressions and voice use.

Almost like an installation, the visual environment develops into a living monument of voices, movement, figures and textile materials. With clever use of colors, exciting costumes and magnificent scenography, The Living Monument creates a dynamic introduction to contemporary dance.

Dance and movement is a universal language that can be experienced across age, background and experiences. Dance is an art form that stimulates curiosity and nurtures creative development and imagination. As the Norwegian national company of contemporary dance, Carte Blanche wants to create dance art experiences that can be shared across generations!

The Recommended age limit for this event is 8 years and up.
