Welcome to Ice Wet – a compact mini-festival featuring performances, professional and social programs, conversations, and work demonstrations in both small and large doses.

Ice Wet is Bergen’s satellite festival and a prelude to Ice Hot Nordic Dance 2024, which will take place in Oslo from February 14 to 18.

The mini-festival in Bergen aims to focus on what is emerging in the dance art scene in the western part of Norway and the Bergen region. We present brief glimpses of dance art for both the Bergen audience and curators and professionals in the international field, who have already made their way to Norway for Ice Hot.

Ice Wet is our way of enhancing the value for the visitors in terms of content, relevance, networking, and sustainability. It is a collaborative effort and a joint initiative between BIT Teatergarasjen, Carte Blanche, and Bergen Dansesenter.
